Yoga and Perfume with Tera and Marketa

A curated event at Atrium Zizkov combining yoga practice with the art of natural perfumery. Led by yoga instructor Tera Hof and actress, musician, and natural perfume creator Marketa Ptacnikova.

The yoga session (90 minutes) will be inspired by Marketa's fragrance selection and include dynamic practice, stretching, and a closing meditation. After a short break with refreshments at the cafe, participants join a perfume-making workshop (120 minutes) – learning the fundamentals of perfumery and aromatherapy, the principles of fragrance composition, and the history of scents. Each participant will create their own custom 10ml roll-on perfume.
