Whisper of the Forest

Director Vincent Munier, César Award winner for Best Documentary 2022 and Cannes Film Festival nominee 2021, ventures into silent forests with his father and son to track the traces of lynx, bears, and deer. His focus extends beyond the visual beauty of the landscape to capturing the "whisper of the forest" - the rustle of leaves, distant birdsong, and the crack of branches that carry the wisdom passed from father to son.

Munier weaves images of nature with the music of silence, creating a film that slows time itself. The Whisper of the Forest is a declaration of love for father, son, and nature - a visual poem connecting generations.
