Vladimír Javorský and Ondřej Kabrna

Vladimír Javorský is a renowned Czech theatre and film actor who also pursues music. In 2022 he released his debut album "Still There" and continues to build an audience for his musical work. In addition to singing, he plays guitar and ukulele and frequently collaborates with Miroslav Kemel or jazz pianist Ondřej Kabrna, who is well known in Slaný.

The duo performs primarily Javorský's original songs - distinctive chansons blending jazz, folk, classical and traditional music with elements of world music.

This afternoon Saturday concert takes place in the contemplative setting of a Baroque chapel before the main evening of the 59th Slaný Jazz Days.
