NAZA
Through interviews conducted at night on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, the documentary reveals the mechanisms behind Israel's deliberate mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
The film's title - NAZA - is a term that recurs throughout the documentary. It is a military acronym used by Israeli intelligence to denote the number of civilians whose death is expected in a strike aimed at eliminating a specific military target.
The film is directed by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor - two of the four creators who together made the Oscar-winning documentary "The Other Side of the Wall". The film is produced by The Guardian newspaper and James Wilson (for JW Films), with Jonathan Glazer as executive producer. Wilson and Glazer together created the Oscar-winning film "The Zone of Interest".
