The Casino Phenomenon

A guided tour of the Casino House of Culture in Mariánské Lázně - the historic centre of the city's cultural life and home to the oldest Czech symphony orchestra.

The Casino House of Culture is one of the most significant buildings in Mariánské Lázně. Its grand halls and architectural decoration recall the era when spa society, artists, and notable figures gathered here. During the "Casino Phenomenon" tour, visitors will learn about the building's history, its transformations over time, and the story of the West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra, which is still based here. The tour includes the main halls and behind-the-scenes areas where music and social life have intertwined for generations.
