Bikers on a Peak

Cyclists Tomáš Zejda and Ondra Novák embark on an expedition to conquer Nepal's Mera Peak (6,461 m) – the highest point ever reached by bicycle. Their ambitious idea to set a Guinness World Record gradually takes shape, preparations for the demanding descent intensify, and the biggest obstacles await the two adventurers paradoxically during the ascent itself.

This unique documentary captures the physical and psychological strain of both riders, as well as testimonies from other cyclists and family members. "It's not just a film about the beauty of mountains, but about a powerful story of two friends, overcoming oneself, and the realization that physical preparation alone is not enough," says director Matěj Pichler.
