Hello Incognito and Jakub Šimanský at Piksla

Hello Incognito is a Prague-based lo-fi singer-songwriter whose work can be described as 'chaotic neutral slacker'. His songs blend gentle humour, personal reflection, and everyday micro-stories set against the backdrop of urban life. He debuted with the album Greenhorn in 2021, followed by Puhoy on Korobushka Records. In 2026, he released Prepare to Die, Cutie Pie on the newly founded Kafara label - the new songs revolve around images of monkeys and dogs, FOMO anxiety, and small absurdities of daily life. On stage, he is joined by Antonín Mika, Julian Werl, and Vendula Pukyšová, who also contributed to the new album.

Jakub Šimanský draws from 'American primitivism', borrowing stylistic elements while bringing his own approach to tuning and rhythm, combined with a strong sense of melody that connects to the tradition of Czech folk and Eastern European music. In collaboration with the Brno cultural cooperative KAFARA, he released a new solo album 'Bez Niesnera' on 10 September 2026, available on CD, cassettes, and selected streaming platforms.

The album contains nine musical stories spanning Šimanský's childhood, adolescence, and present day, painting a picture of everyday oddities in a Czech context where the good is often hidden.
