The Chamber Orchestra of Prague Academy invites you to an All Souls' Day concert featuring Mozart's Requiem.

Performers: Kristýna Fílová (soprano), Sylva Čmugrová (alto), Václav Barth (tenor), and Adam Born (bass), together with the ČVUT Choir (conductor Jan Steyer) and the Chamber Orchestra of Prague Academy under the direction of conductor Ondřej Hnízda.

The Chamber Orchestra of Prague Academy (KOA) was founded in 1987 at the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences by researchers who were also amateur musicians and chamber music enthusiasts. It has gradually expanded to include other amateur musicians, music students, and teachers, and today has around 40 permanent members. Since 2026, Ondřej Hnízda has taken the position of chief conductor and artistic director, succeeding Pavel Hryzák, who led the orchestra for many years.
