Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls & Aromatherapy

An evening dedicated to rest, relaxation and care for body and mind. You lie down, your body unwinds, your breathing slows - gentle vibrations from crystal bowls, singing bowls and other instruments do the rest. 🌿 Aromatherapy is also included - the scent of natural essential oils blends with the sound and enhances the evening's atmosphere.

Tickets must be purchased in advance; places are limited. The first 7 registered guests relax on inflatable mattresses, others on raised yoga mats. Most of the time you simply lie and rest, letting yourself be carried away by the tones.

🧘 What to bring: temperature may change during the bath, so warmer and comfortable clothing is recommended (sweatshirt, warm socks) and water. Mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks will be provided. ✨ Suitable even for complete beginners - no prior experience needed.
