About the venue: MeetFactory

MeetFactory is a non-profit international centre for contemporary art, founded in 2001 by artist David Černý. It is housed in an industrial building in Prague's Smíchov district, squeezed between a motorway and an active railway. The centre runs four departments – music, theatre, galleries, and an artist-in-residence programme, the largest studio programme in the Czech Republic. Its concert hall holds up to 1,000 people.

About: Laokoon

The Brno pair Mikuláš Hamerla and Jiří Machů, operating as Laokoon, mix experimental rap with avant-garde and post-punk - fractured beats, Dadaist lyrics and a live intensity that has earned them a place on festival stages across the Czech Republic.
