Kolonie

The latest film from the director of the cult hit Train to Busan pushes the zombie genre into new territory - an innovative take on a subject that has been explored extensively.

Kolonie is not another run-of-the-mill zombie film. Yeon Sang-Ho returns with the refined style we know from Train to Busan, once again relying on confined spaces and the impossibility of escape. This time, he moves his characters into a high-rise building that houses not only a shopping mall and offices, but also a strictly secret laboratory.

A previously unknown and rapidly mutating virus breaks loose from the laboratory, forcing a group of survivors to flee for their lives.
