Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls

An evening of deep relaxation at the POHODA Relaxation Studio in Měchenice. For 100 minutes you lie down as your breathing slows and the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments flow through your body, dissolving tension. The session is suitable even for complete beginners - no prior experience needed.

Introductory price for the first sound bath in the new space: 720 CZK. Advance booking is required; places are limited. The first 8 registered participants relax on inflatable mattresses, while others have comfortable raised yoga mats available.

What to bring? Warm and comfortable clothing (hoodie, warm socks) and water. Everything else will be provided on site.
