Architecture Day: Prague - ČSOB NHQ — Kampus ČSOB – SHQ, Prague
Description was written before the event

The northern building of the ČSOB Campus is the work of architect Josef Pleskota, known for the conversion of the Vítkovice steelworks, the reconstruction of the castle brewery in Litomyšl, and the tunnel in Jelení příkop. The administrative building sits in the Radlická valley: its volume comprises three sections separated by two internal open courtyards. Through restrained use of materials and natural finishes, it stands in contrast to the opulent bank buildings of the 1990s.

The open-plan workspace without unnecessary partitions offers employees views in all directions - toward the green slopes of the surrounding hills, the second campus building, and the towers of the Church of St. Peter and Paul on Vyšehrad. Glazed atriums and rooftop gardens for relaxation enhance the quality of the working environment.

Guided tours will take visitors to workspaces, common areas, and rooftop gardens regularly used by employees.

Note: photography is not permitted inside the buildings.
