A guided tasting focused on vintage and single cask rums — a vertical of styles, casks, and terroir. Led personally by Ian Burrell, Global Rum Ambassador. The programme features: sherry-matured Dos Maderas Selección, Dos Maderas 12YO Origen Thailand, Depaz Les Millésimes 2010, Depaz Single Cask 2011, Bocathéva Venezuela 15 YO, and the rare Oliver's Exquisito 1985. Includes detailed analysis of ageing, cask influence, and production approaches.
