A new vision for the gallery: after thirty years of operation, the white cube becomes a living room. The space will be filled with works by artists the gallery collaborates with, complemented by furniture and design.

About the venue: Jiri Svestka Gallery

A private contemporary and modern art gallery founded in 1995 by art historian Jiří Švestka - one of the first commercial galleries of its kind in the Czech Republic. It occupies a residential building on Janáčkovo nábřeží in Prague 5, with three exhibition rooms and a private depot. The gallery regularly shows Czech and international artists and takes part in major art fairs worldwide. Between 2009 and 2017 it also ran a branch in Berlin.
