Kitchen Porn is a theatrical parody of the unrealistic expectations society places on women. The kitchen as a woman's natural habitat, the wife who must simultaneously satisfy sexually and maintain a perfectly polished household - two in one. Perfection. Or maybe not.

Tereza Holubová and Kristýna Štarhová guide audiences through a woman's life as they perceive it - lived and imagined - and reveal how paradoxical and absurd a woman's position in society can sometimes be. The production asks what actually defines a woman, how generational trauma and stereotypes are passed from parents to children just like handwritten recipes from grandmothers, and whether the concept of womanhood needs to be redefined.

The performance is suitable from age 15. TW: themes of various types of violence appear. Duration: 1 hour.
