Two Sides of Styria: When Borders Change Wine

On one side, northern Slovenia; on the other, southern Austria. Two wine regions that once formed a single whole are now divided by a state border - but how much does that show in the glass?

The evening is built around a tasting of wines from the Slovenian winery Zlati Grič compared with carefully selected wines from Austrian Styria. Together we will explore the differences in grape varieties, style, terroir, and winemaking philosophy - and discover whether borders truly change the taste of wine. You don't need to be a wine expert.
