Střešovičky - A Village in Sandstone Cliffs

This guided walk takes participants through two historic craft settlements - Velké and Malé Střešovičky - featuring houses built into sandstone cliffs. The route reveals how the deputants lived, explores the history of the local residents nicknamed the Medáci, and winds through romantic narrow and steep alleyways often compared to a tourist-free "Golden Lane".

The walk is led by guide Petr Ryska and lasts approximately 2 hours, ending on Na Petynce street near the Kajetánka bus stop.

Meeting point: tram stops 1 and 2 at Baterie heading from the city centre. The terrain is unsuitable for wheelchairs and challenging for pushchairs (stairs). Tickets cannot be purchased on site.
