AcroYogy Course for Intermediate Level

An intermediate-level AcroYogy course held every Tuesday from 17:30 to 19:00 at Prostor 8.

Designed for students who have mastered the basics and can perform positions such as Bird, Throne, and Candlestick, including transitions. The course progresses with more challenging positions, entries, and flow sequences.
