World Gorilla Day at Prague Zoo 2026

On Saturday, September 26, 2026, Prague Zoo will celebrate World Gorilla Day together with the 63rd anniversary of gorilla breeding at the facility, home to the world's largest primates. Visitors can look forward to a special programme in both pavilions of the Dja Reserve, inhabited by a family group, as well as at the Méfou Centre, where the famous Richard lives.
