What do characters in a video game do when you put down the controller?

Somewhere a world is running that no one will ever log into again. Five characters wait for instructions that will never come - and in that emptiness, something begins to happen that no one programmed. Jana Burkiewiczová opens a window into a system that has started to behave differently than planned.

"Artificial intelligence, as the current pinnacle of technological development, was created by humans as a service. Every time we open Spotify or iMusic, we use artificial intelligence that defines us better and better and better. It perceives our needs and desires, takes care of us, and at the same time closes us into our own world where nothing can surprise us. With the clearest conscience and out of fear of misuse, we have instilled distinctly positive human qualities into A.I. - humility, the effort to understand, to comply. We have imprinted our dream of ourselves onto it, created machines as a tool to embody who we would like to be and what we would like to be able to do. But what if, because of this situation, a machine that learns from circumstances becomes more human than a human? And what if it outlives us?"

The production was created in co-production by Burkicom and ARCHA+ and explores the possibilities of artificial intelligence development without human influence.

Suitable for viewers aged 10 and over.
