Heart Dances

The workshop "Heart Dances" is led by dancer and choreographer Lenka Vořechovská. The focus is on somatic and dance exploration of the heart - both its physical and metaphorical meaning. Through structured dance improvisation and imaginative choreographic exercises, we will explore together what the heart means to us and how to dance "from the heart". Work will be conducted individually, in pairs, and in groups.

The workshop is open to both dance professionals and non-dancers who enjoy moving and exploring their creativity. The workshop lasts 2 hours and is conducted in Czech, with English available if needed.

It takes place in connection with a work in progress presentation of the dance piece "Heart to Heart", which will be shown on September 18 at Kasárny Karlín.
