Description was written before the event

The exhibition continues the artist's previous presentation at Galerie Dole. Lenka Kamínková captures the landscape around the sources of the Bečva River - as a living organism carrying memories, emotions, and quiet stories. The exhibition is curated by Markéta Vlčková.

About the venue: Fiducia Photography Gallery

Fotografická galerie Fiducia was founded in 2001 by photographers Roman Polášek and Martin Popelář, in the upper floor of Ostrava's Antikvariát a klub Fiducia. One of the few galleries in the Czech Republic devoted exclusively to photography, it covers monographic shows of Czech and international photographers alongside multimedia installations and new media. The gallery deliberately makes room for young artists and art-school students, not just established names. The Ministry of Culture grant commission named it the best gallery project in the country in 2010, 2011 and 2013.
