You are invited to a concert featuring soloists from the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzeň, Pavel Klimenda and Lukáš Ondruš, together with renowned guitarist Soňa Vimrová as part of the "On Playful Strings" project.

About the venue: Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary

A late Gothic deanery church built between 1517 and 1550 to designs by Jakob Heilmann of Schweinfurt, featuring a three-nave hall with 16 chapels. It gained worldwide fame in 1975 when, to make way for coal mining, it was moved 841 metres along rails – a feat recorded in the Guinness Book of Records. Open to visitors since 1988, the interior houses an exhibition of Gothic and Renaissance art from north-west Bohemia and a 17-metre-high Baroque altar.
