Members Studio Visit: Marie Lukáčová

Members will visit Marie Lukáčová's studio and explore her current artistic practice.

The meeting will introduce the artist's interdisciplinary work, which encompasses film, animation, text, and other media. Her work weaves together personal experience, imagination, and an interest in the relationships between the human and non-human world - her drawings depict landscapes where the boundaries between plants, animals, and humans blur.

The visit will include an informal discussion about the creation of her works and the broader context of the exhibition Memory of Touch: Chapter I, where the artist presents the work Linden Lips & Spruce Eyes. She has also prepared small visual interventions for the printed exhibition catalogue.
