The Šumava Roasted Pork Championship takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, on the square in front of the Vintíř hotel in Hartmanice. Eighteen teams will compete for the title of best roasters.

For the first time this year, alongside roasted pork, a three-meter-long beef will also be featured on the spit - so the tasting will be richer than in previous years.
