About the venue: Kino Ponrepo

Ponrepo Cinema is the screening venue of the National Film Archive (NFA), housed in the historic Konvikt complex in central Prague. It screens Czech, Czechoslovak and world films from both film prints and DCP – ranging from classics and experimental works to rarities and silent films accompanied by live music. The programme is complemented by foyer exhibitions, special screenings and book launches. The hall seats 117.

About: Václav Vydra

The third generation of the celebrated Vydra acting family, Václav Vydra has spent close to half a century on stage and in front of the camera. A member of the Divadlo na Vinohradech ensemble since 1995, he has taken on more than thirty roles there, spanning classical drama and contemporary comedy alike.
