Obsession

Bear (Michael Johnston) is an ordinary young man hopelessly in love with his coworker Nikki (Inde Navarrette), yet too shy to ask her out. In desperation, he buys a mysterious toy from a dubious pawn shop - it supposedly grants one wish, any wish. Bear doesn't hesitate: he wants Nikki to love him.

The result is immediate. Nikki becomes passionately, wildly obsessed with him - so wildly that it becomes dangerous. The more it bothers him, the more his feelings fade, but Nikki remains just as consumed. Her love-struck obsession spirals into madness.

Bear wants to undo the wish, but the shop owner offers him advice he didn't want to hear: the spell can only end in death - preferably his own.
