Zhruba divadlo is an independent Czech theatre company made up mostly of art students, working in documentary and site-specific theatre. They perform at the actual locations where their stories took place - chiefly Hrubá Skála castle and the Trosky ruins in the Bohemian Paradise region. Their productions tackle uncomfortable subjects: noble family histories, events of the Second World War, and long-forgotten regional figures.
