Vít Malota (born 1995) is a Czech theatre and radio director, poet, and literary critic. He studied directing at DAMU in Prague and has since worked with theatres including Divadlo Na Rejdišti and the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzeň. His debut poetry collection Bez obrazů navíc earned him the František Halas Literary Prize in 2020. He also writes criticism for the journal Host and serves as a juror at amateur theatre festivals.
