Věra Matulíková is a Czech pianist, singer, and composer. She sets poems by Czech writers - Žáček, Hrabě, Seifert and others - to music, and these songs form the core of the chanson trio Světla Stín. She sees the piano as her second voice, where singing and instrument complete each other. She also plays keyboards in the band SouZnění.
