Photographer and traveler Tomáš Kubeš takes you on a journey through Indonesian islands – from orangutans in Borneo through shamans in Siberut to indigenous tribes of West Papua.
Tomáš Kubeš (born 1972) is a Czech photographer, journalist and traveller who has visited more than 150 countries. He shoots photo reportages for magazines such as Lidé a Země and Koktejl, and also works in portrait, architectural and humanitarian photography. His expeditions include a voyage along the Amazon, descending the Congo River, and searching for pygmies in Central Africa.
