Spitfire Company

About

Spitfire Company is a Prague-based ensemble working at the intersection of physical, visual and dance theatre, co-founded in 2008 by choreographer-performer Miřenka Čechová and director Petr Boháč. Each production builds its own physical language around existential themes - exhaustion, trauma, political alienation. The company has performed in over 20 countries across three continents, winning the Herald Angel Award at Edinburgh Fringe and earning three Total Theatre Award nominations.
