About

The Slavic Epic is a cycle of twenty monumental paintings by Alfons Mucha, created between 1912 and 1926. The works depict the history and mythology of the Slavic peoples and represent the crowning achievement of Mucha's career. The cycle has been exhibited in Moravský Krumlov and later in Prague, where it remains today.
