Simona Stašová (born 19 March 1955 in Prague) is a Czech stage, film and television actress and the daughter of celebrated actress Jiřina Bohdalová. She made her theatre debut in 1976 and has since worked across major Prague stages, becoming widely known for her role in Jan Hřebejk's comedy Pelíšky (Cosy Dens, 1999). Her performance in the 2013 TV film Sebemilenec earned her Best Actress awards at the Tiburon Film Festival and the Seoul International Drama Awards.
At the 65th Zlín Film Festival (June 4, 2025), Simona Stašová received the Golden Slipper for an outstanding contribution to cinematography for children and youth.
In March 2025, Simona Stašová celebrated her seventieth birthday with a performance at the Lucie Bílá Theatre, where she performs in the production The Price of Tenderness.
At the 46th Czech Film Comedy Festival in Nové Město nad Metují, Stašová received the Organizers' Prize for unforgettable roles in Czech comedies.
In summer 2025, Stašová performs again on the Summer Stage of the Ungelt Theatre in Prague, where she regularly performs every summer.
In September 2022, she received the Master of Entertainment Art award from the artistic association Artes, presented at the Lucie Bílá Theatre in Prague.
