Simon Rattle is a British conductor, widely regarded as one of the foremost symphonic conductors of his generation. He served as Chief Conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic from 2002 to 2018, and since 2023 has led the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (BRSO).
