Res Publica Porcos are a three-piece Prague band active since 2020, playing thrash/groove punk with touches of metal, rap and funk. Their lyrics cover love, self-loathing and politics - the band openly rejects authoritarians and populists of all stripes. The lineup is Adam Kočvara (bass, vocals), Jakub Špaček (guitar, vocals) and Mates Zouplna (drums).
The band is on the program of an event at Modré Vopici in Prague scheduled for August 21, 2026.
In November 2022, the band released the single Desperate and Sick recorded at Wombat studio.
In April 2022, the band premiered their first EP at a concert at Kamina Boat in Prague.
