René Levínský

About

René Levínský (born 1970) is a Czech mathematician, economist, and playwright. He studied physics at CTU Prague and earned a doctorate at CERGE Charles University, then spent sixteen years in Germany, including a post at the Max Planck Institute in Jena. Since the late 1980s he has written stage comedies noted for their sharp wit, performed at leading Czech theatres including the National Theatre in Prague.
