Pjena is a five-piece pop-rock band from Nejdek, near Karlovy Vary, formed in 2020. The group draws members from Nejdek, Karlovy Vary and Slovakia, with singer-songwriter Tereza Drobná as its creative centre. Their breakthrough single Offline established them on the regional scene, and in 2024 they released their debut EP Ve Vlnách and won the national talent competition Radiotalent 2024. The summer 2025 single Pure Luck marked their next step forward.
The band released the single Pure Luck with a music video shot in a laundry and was preparing to perform as the opening act for Reflections of Karma at Slash Bar in Karlovy Vary.
Pjena performed at the multi-genre event Hudební bouře at Divadlo pod lampou in Plzen.
The band performed at the Rock iN Roll festival in Nová Role near Karlovy Vary alongside the bands Dymytry and Gaia Mesiah.
Pjena won the national competition Radiotalent 2024 and released their first EP Ve Vlnách.
