Oldřich Kulhánek (1940–2013) was a Czech painter, graphic artist and illustrator. He is best known as the designer of the current Czech banknotes, created after the establishment of the independent Czech Republic in 1993. His work spans painting, drawing and applied graphics, making him one of the most distinctive figures of Czech visual art in the latter half of the 20th century.
