Czech chanson singer Naďa Válová brings her emotionally rich repertoire to the Zelenáčova Šopa for the first time, delivering an intimate evening of music and heartfelt performance.
Naďa Válová (born 24 May 1979 in Příbram) is a Czech chanson singer, lyricist and vocal coach who has been active on the professional scene since 2005. She rose to wider recognition through her collaboration with lyricist Michal Horáček and composer Petr Hapka, contributing to the Anděl Award-winning album Ohrožený druh (2008). Her debut solo album Černá (Warner Music, 2019), produced by Bára Basiková, cemented her place among the distinctive voices of Czech chanson.
Naďa Válová opened the summer concert season 2026 in the monastery complex in Ostrov.
In January 2026, Naďa Válová participated in the premiere of the recital Heart like Prince Rohan at the Prague theater Studio DVA alongside Michal Horáček and Michael Kocáb.
In June 2025, Naďa Válová celebrated 20 years on the artistic stage with a jubilee concert at the Bethlehem Chapel in Prague accompanied by NV Band and Epoque orchestra.
In autumn 2025, Naďa Válová conducted a series of concerts across the Czech Republic with a chanson repertoire and songs from the works of Hapka-Horáček.
Naďa Válová led a workshop on unconventional singing instruction in Jičín in 2025, following a similar workshop in Slavonice in 2024.
