Miro Gavran is a Croatian playwright, novelist and screenwriter, born in 1961. He is one of the most widely performed contemporary Croatian dramatists in the world, with his plays translated into dozens of languages and staged across many countries. He writes mainly comedies and psychological dramas; notable works include Muž mojí ženy (The Husband of My Wife) and Nora Today.
