Miloš Klápšť is a Czech bassist and double bassist whose work spans jazz, fusion, folk and pop. He grew up with music from an early age - his grandmother taught him Rusyn folk songs, he picked up bass guitar at thirteen and switched to double bass at seventeen. The magazine Muzikus ranks him among the most respected young bass players on the Czech scene; as a double bassist he has played in the Soho Project of British producer Ian Ritchie. He regularly works with Aneta Langerová, is a member of the group Neřež, and forms the rhythmic backbone of Dorota Barová's trio alongside guitarist Miroslav Chyška.
Klápšť recorded the album Píseň pro Mi with Dorota Barová and guitarist Miroslav Chyška, which Radio Vltava included among the best Czech albums of 2025.
Klápšť participated in the recording of Dorota Barová's second solo album Dotyk, released by Animal Music.
Klápšť performed as a bass guitarist on Aneta Langerová's tour for the album Dvě slunce.
