Midnight Swimmers (album release) + Heima
Midnight Swimmers will debut their new album in Brno, with support from the band Heima.
Midnight Swimmers are a Prague-based indie band with roots in Olomouc, who fully came together in London at the end of 2018. Their sound sits between underground and pop, threading indie-rock grooves through dreamy, melancholic layers - a direction pushed further on their debut album Odd Ones Out (April 2026), which leans into a rawer, krautrock-influenced expression. Their 2024 EP Oceans & Seas earned them a slot at Rock for People and a runner-up finish in Radio Wave's Startér talent contest.
Frontman.cz published a review of Odd Ones Out's debut album under the title "Midnight Swimmers: when indie dreams collide with reality".
Odd Ones Out's debut album was released on April 17, 2026; the band premiered it at Prague's Café V lese and at the Olomouc Jazz Tibet Club.
The band released the single Mistakes, which opens the theme of digital loneliness and pornography addiction, as the second taste of the upcoming album.
In November 2025, the band released the single Storm, experimenting with krautrock sound and reflecting socioeconomic inequalities.
Midnight Swimmers performed at the Rock for People 2025 festival and in 2024 came in a close second in the final of the Startér Radia Wave talent competition.
