Meritum

About

Meritum is the backing band of Czech singer Věra Martinová, formed around 2020 when she released the album of the same name, produced by Boris Carloff. The lineup features guitarist Jakub Juránek, violinist Bára Šůstková, keyboardist Olesya Ochepovskaya, bassist Jan Neruda and drummer Adrian Ševeček. Their sound ranges from country to 1960s Czech pop and Motown-influenced soul.
