About

Meda Mládková (1919–2022) was a Czech-American art collector and patron who, together with her husband Jan Mládek, built an extensive collection of modern art during their exile in Washington D.C. She was a close friend of painter František Kupka and became the founder of Museum Kampa in Prague after returning to the Czech Republic following 1989.
