Matyáš Bernard Braun (1684–1738) was a Baroque sculptor of German origin who spent most of his career in Bohemia. He is regarded as one of the most important figures of Central European Baroque sculpture, known for his expressive, dynamic style. His most celebrated works include the sculptural decoration of the Kuks hospital and the Betlém rock relief near Žireč.
