Marika Šoposká is a Czech actress born on 12 November 1989 in Havlíčkův Brod. She trained in musical drama at the Prague Conservatory and has built a career across film, television and theatre - known internationally for her role in Jiří Mádl's period drama Waves (2024) and domestically for the crime series Oktopus and the long-running soap Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2. She also co-wrote and performs in the stage play Štíři z února alongside Miroslav Krobot at Studio DVA in Prague.
Šoposka played the deputy director Bittnerová in the family drama Ratolesti, which premiered on ČT1 in October 2025.
The second season of the series Octopus, in which Šoposka again plays Major Fáberová, ranks among the most successful Czech series of 2025.
In August 2024, the historical film Vlny by Jiří Mádl entered cinemas, where Šoposka plays secretary Jarunka in the foreign department of radio broadcasting in 1968.
The Studio DVA hosted the premiere of the theatrical play Štíři z února, which Šoposka co-wrote with Miroslav Krobot and in which both of them perform.
