Marie Hasoňová is a Czech violinist who trained at the Prague Conservatory and AMU, with further studies in Lucerne, Switzerland. She has won first prizes at several international competitions, including the main prize of the Václav Hudeček Academy. As a soloist she has performed with orchestras such as the Brno Philharmonic and Prague Chamber Philharmonic, and her interests range from the classical canon to folk-inspired music and contemporary works.
