Lucifuge is a black/thrash metal band from Bremen, Germany, founded in 2016 by the multi-instrumentalist known as Equinox. He writes, records, and produces everything himself, while the band performs live as a full quartet. Signed to Dying Victims Productions, Lucifuge released their sixth album, Hexensabbat, in May 2024.
Lucifuge released their sixth studio album Hexensabbat on May 24, 2024 through Dying Victims Productions on CD and vinyl.
The album Hexensabbat was recorded from May to September 2023 at Necromansy Studios in Bremen; Equinox handled all production, mixing and mastering.
In April 2023, their fifth album Monoliths of Wrath was released, which directed the band towards a faster thrash metal sound inspired by Sodom, Kreator and Slayer.
In October 2022, Lucifuge released the split mini-album Of Night and Lust together with Italian band Bunker 66 on Dying Victims Productions.
The fourth album Infernal Power (2021) was the first release on Dying Victims Productions and also the first album recorded with the full four-member lineup.
